Non-Defective Products Return Policy

Due to the nature of e-shopping, it is common for the final recipient's expectations not to be met by the product of their choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.

Η FishAndHuntBy supporting e-Commerce, it enables you, through the completeness of the descriptions it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available on your computer screen, quickly and easily.

However, wanting to cover even more of our customers, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily markets, we offer the possibility of returning the products. Below we list the terms and ways of returning non-defective products.

Return Terms

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw if he has made distance purchases without stating the reasons and with a single charge the cost of returning the product. The supplier for his part must return the money, including shipping costs (if it is a business mistake) within 14 calendar days from the day he was informed by the consumer that he is withdrawing.

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product only if he has misused them.

Return procedure 

Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.

Put in the package you have made a document in which you tell us how you want to resolve the financial issue, if the product is deemed capable of return.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for return.

Send the parcel, in the way you wish, to the Returns Department. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of product change που due to our mistake (indicatively, a different product from the one you ordered, a different size from the one you ordered, so the relevant costs are borne by us).

Returns sent at the recipient's expense will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
