You can pick up your orders in six different ways:

  1. Collection from the store.
  2. Shipping with courier. For light and volume products (mechanisms, fishing lines, rods, fish, etc.) your order is sent with a courier company and you receive it at the place you indicate. Delivery is usually from 1 to 4 working days (Monday - Friday). Shipping costs are € 5.00 and for purchases over € 70 shipping is free for parcels up to 4 kg. For inaccessible and remote areas the collection is done from the nearest courier company service point. .
  3. For heavy or bulk products the shipment is made with a transport company, all over Greece. Shipping costs for purchases less than 70 € are borne by the customer and are depending on the volume of the package (6 - 15 € per package). For purchases over 70 € the shipment is free.

This way of sending you can pay for your purchases only by depositing in a bank account in one of the contracted banks.

Delivery time

Your order will be sent by us in 1 to 2 days with delivery to you the next (2 to 3 days) as long as the registration has been made until 14:00 and of course the product is available in our warehouse (products with availability less than 2 pieces may have been sold out before we update the warehouse of our website) in this case we send it the next day but it may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product has been delayed from being shipped by our supplier.

    In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you still want us to deliver the order to you. This item will be sent to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouse.

  • The product you ordered has already been removed and is no longer available.

     In the products we exhibit in our online store there are some cases where the supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that he removes them or does not have them immediately available. In this case we will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives.

  • In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order
  • In case it is impossible to contact you by phone or by e-mail.

    If there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment because e.g. The information you entered is incorrect.

  • If for some reason your order cannot be processed and you have deposited the amount through a bank account or credit card we will contact you and the amount will be refunded in full.
  • In all cases we will contact you personally, our goal is for you to be satisfied and safe.

A product is missing or not what I ordered.

      In case a product is missing or something is wrong with your order, please call us at 2671023923 so that we can find you a solution immediately.

  • If the mistake is ours, we take immediate responsibility and we will send the item to you as soon as possible without any charge.
  • If it is a product that is not currently available in our warehouse, we will inform you about when we expect it and whether there will be any possible charge for transport.
